Return Policy
No refunds on digital downloads or custom work. No exceptions.
For physical products: I want you to love my products as much as I do. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, don't worry! You can return your item within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
For help returning an item, please connect with us at help@mamaroar.com. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will issue a refund minus the cost of shipping.
Damaged Items
When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us right away at help@mamaroar.com.
To help resolve the issue, we’ll need your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.
Shipping Errors
We want to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered, so if you receive an incorrect item, we’ll work to correct the error as quickly as possible. Please contact us right away at help@mamaroar.com.
